Why We Request a Deposit For Books Over 12 People

At Melissa Oakleigh, we request a deposit when you book for a group of over 12 people to secure your reservation. After your booking is made, one of our friendly staff members will call you to discuss the menu. Please note that your card will not be charged at the time of booking. The deposit serves as a guarantee for both parties involved.

If you do not show up for your scheduled reservation without prior notice, we will have the ability to charge your card for the deposit amount. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures that our time and resources are used effectively.
